Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Moqora Studio ("we") provides an AI fashion-design and tech-pack platform. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email, hashed password, brand/workspace name, role.
• Content: designs, reference images, measurements, and tech packs you create.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status, and a payment-processor customer id (we never store full card numbers).
• Usage & logs: request metadata and error diagnostics to operate and secure the Service.
• Waitlist signups: if you join the pre-launch waitlist without creating an account, we store your email address, your position in the queue, the source the signup came from, and a record of your consent (what you agreed to and when).

A waitlist signup that never becomes an account is deleted twelve months after launch, or as soon as you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. We use a waitlist address only to tell you about your place in the queue and when the Service opens.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional email (verification, password reset, invitations), prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data. AI prompts are processed to generate output and are never included in error logs.

4. Subprocessors

We share data with these providers solely to operate the Service:

5. Cookies

We use a small amount of local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Any future analytics will be gated behind your consent.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR/UK GDPR) you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. You can export your account data and close your account from within the app, or contact us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations.

If you joined the waitlist and never created an account, the in-app export and account-closure tools do not apply to you. Remove your entry using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any waitlist email, or write to privacy@moqora.app and we will delete it.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed (scrypt); access is scoped per workspace; transport is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
